Aidon—One-Stop Supplier of Metering Pump Solutions
Metering pumps are widely used in various chemical dosing systems. As the core component of fluid dosing control equipment, they are also known as metering dosing pumps. A metering pump primarily consists of three parts: a power drive system, a fluid delivery system, and a control system.
Aidon’s mechanical diaphragm metering pumps are specifically designed for chemical dosing in water treatment processes. The pump’s drive system consists of a heavy-duty motor and precision gears, which use a worm gear mechanism to convert the motor’s rotational motion into linear reciprocating motion, driving the diaphragm to achieve precise metering and dosing of the chemical solution. The design, in which the drive rod is directly connected to the diaphragm, significantly reduces the difficulty of maintenance and eliminates the risk of leakage. Aidon continuously invests in R&D to enhance product durability, utilizing advanced multi-layer composite PTFE material for the diaphragm, which offers exceptional corrosion resistance and durability.
Series of Our Metering Pump

Flow Range: 9–500 L/H
The JXM Series is the most versatile solution in Aidon’s metering pump product line, bridging the gap between small-scale and heavy-duty industrial applications. Equipped with standard DN15/DN25 connections, it is widely applicable to various industrial dosing processes.

Flow Range: 237–2000 L/H
The JZM Series is designed specifically for large-scale dosing projects. With a maximum flow rate of 2000 liters per hour, it meets the dosing requirements of all heavy-duty water treatment systems. The JZM Series features reinforced components capable of withstanding harsh operating conditions.

Flow Range: 12–150 L/H
The greatest advantage of the JWM Series lies in its unique compact design, which offers an extremely small footprint. It is the ultimate solution for water treatment equipment integrators and laboratory bench-top applications where space is limited.
Features of Our Metering Pump
The frequency and voltage of every Aidon metering pump can be customized.

Flow control accuracy is within ±1%, with a wide flow adjustment range and smooth, pulsation-free operation.

How to Find the Right Metering Dosing Pump for You

Aidon mechanical diaphragm dosing pumps offer a flow rate range of 9–2,000 L/h. Among Aidon’s current customers, most mechanical dosing pumps are used in large-scale water treatment projects or in heavy industrial projects with stringent requirements for durability and throughput. Compared to electromagnetic diaphragm dosing pumps, mechanical diaphragm dosing pumps feature higher flow rates, higher pressure, and greater durability.

Electromagnetic diaphragm metering pumps are dosing pumps driven directly by electromagnets. They are specifically designed for low-flow, high-precision liquid dosing. Aidon’s electromagnetic diaphragm dosing pumps handle a maximum flow rate of 58 L/H. They feature dual-adjustment capabilities for stroke length and frequency and can be remotely controlled via signals. Compared to mechanical diaphragm metering pumps, electromagnetic diaphragm metering pumps are more cost-effective, offer higher precision, and have a longer service life.
