Aidon—One-Stop Supplier of Metering Pump Solutions
Electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump is a metering pump directly driven by electromagnet, specially designed for small-flow and high-precision liquid dosing. It consists of four parts: electromagnetic drive system, hydraulic end (pump head and flow-through parts), control and regulation system, as well as structural housing and heat dissipation structure. The electromagnet drives the diaphragm to reciprocate, realizing quantitative liquid delivery and stable suction and discharge of chemical agents.
Available in three models to cover full flow range, the pump features dual adjustment of variable stroke length and frequency, high-strength corrosion-resistant plastic housing, 3-digit LED frequency display and remote signal control. It eliminates traditional motors and complicated control structures. The output flow can be adjusted by stroke length knob and stroke frequency selector switch. With advantages of leak-free operation, high precision and easy maintenance, it is a key component for industrial dosing systems and fluid metering control, widely applied in accurate chemical dosing for water treatment, chemical industry, pharmaceutical and other industries.
