If the chemicals you need to treat are not listed below, please contact us. We can provide you with a customized dosing solution at no cost.

Sodium hypochlorite disinfection, liquid chlorine dosing, fluoride addition, potassium permanganate pre-oxidation, and automatic residual chlorine control systems.

Dosing disinfectants including sodium hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide into food production wastewater to eliminate impurities, bacteria and peculiar odors, ensuring the production water meets sterile contact standards for food processing.

Flocculant (PAC/PAM) sedimentation, sodium hypochlorite decolorization and disinfection, acid-base neutralization and adjustment (liquid caustic soda/sulfuric acid), chemical phosphorus removal agent dosing, and carbon source (sodium acetate/methanol) supplementation for biological treatment tanks.

Scale inhibitor dosing in reverse osmosis (RO) systems; chlorine removal using reducing agents (sodium bisulfite); regeneration agents for ion exchange resins (hydrochloric acid/sodium hydroxide); pH balancing and quantitative spraying of algicides in swimming pool recirculating water.

Conveyance of strong acid and strong alkali media; metered supply of catalysts to reactors; titration of trace reagents in laboratories; precise mixing of oxidizing and reducing agents; addition of electroplating solutions in surface treatment processes.

Power plant flue gas desulfurization (limestone slurry), precise atomized dosing of denitrification reducing agents (ammonia water/urea solution), deoxidizers for industrial boilers, and recirculation of absorption liquid in exhaust gas scrubbers.
Mechanical metering pumps are better suited for large-scale or heavy-duty industrial chemical dosing projects. They can handle much higher flow rates than electromagnetic pumps and are capable of withstanding continuous heavy-duty operation.
Electromagnetic metering pumps are suitable for applications that require higher precision in dosing flow rates. They are more advanced than mechanical pumps and have a longer service life.
Based on feedback from our customers, the average service life of our metering pumps exceeds 10,000 hours. Furthermore, thanks to Aidon’s continuous optimization in metering pump design and manufacturing, replacing a diaphragm takes only 15 minutes.
Aidon metering pumps offer a variety of materials for their wetted parts. Please send us details about the medium you need to handle, and we will provide a customized solution.
What is a Metering Pump?
A metering pump is a mechanical device that combines metering and liquid delivery into a single unit; it is also known as a dosing pump or a proportional pumps. Because they are widely used in various chemical dosing systems as the core component of fluid dosing control systems, and is therefore also known as a metering dosing pump. A metering pump primarily consists of three parts: a power drive system, a fluid delivery system, and a regulation and control system. The power drive unit uses precision worm gears and a worm shaft to drive the fluid delivery diaphragm (piston) to perform reciprocating motion. During the first half of the stroke, the diaphragm (piston) draws in the fluid to be transported and discharges the fluid from the pump head during the latter half. Therefore, adjusting the frequency of the reciprocating motion or the stroke length per cycle allows for regulate the fluid delivery rate.
Aidon metering pumps feature a compact design, are leak-free, and require minimal maintenance. They are widely used in water treatment, chemical processing, power generation, electroplating, and environmental protection applications, serving as stable and reliable core equipment in industrial dosing systems. Aidon’s precision manufacturing ensures consistent discharge volume with every pump cycle, enabling precise metering of the conveyed medium. This allows for accurate, quantitative dosing of various fluid media.
