Different Types of Aidon Industrial Water Filter

Filter media type: activated carbon.
Primarily relies on chemical adsorption to remove dissolved organic compounds and odors.

Filter media type: quartz sand.
Highly automated industrial water filter.

Filter media type: two or more types of filter media.
Filters containing a combination of multiple filter media offer higher filtration precision.
Features of Our Industrial Water Filter

All Aidon industrial water filters feature fully integrated assembly of all components and control panels. They are shipped as a single, self-contained unit and are ready for use upon arrival—simply connect the inlet and outlet pipes.

Aidon’s customized solution combining physical filtration and chemical adsorption efficiently removes suspended solids and other impurities from the water, ensuring high-quality effluent at the discharge point.

Key components of Aidon industrial water filters, including the tank and piping, are constructed from 316 stainless steel and undergo fatigue testing prior to shipment.

Thanks to a unique backwash and air-scrubbing design, impurities adsorbed by the filter media are periodically stripped and discharged, ensuring the media’s long-term effectiveness, extending its service life, and reducing costs.

Aidon offers modular customization of tank materials, piping and valve layouts, and control methods to meet your specific treatment requirements and space constraints.

Aidon features leading hydraulic self-control solutions that utilize the principle of siphoning. These systems operate normally through fluid dynamics alone, without the need for an external power supply.
Powerful Purification, Consistent Water Quality
The Aidon industrial water filter series not only offers a wide range of models but also allows for customized media combinations tailored to your specific needs. Our proprietary physical interception and chemical adsorption solution efficiently filters out impurities such as silt, odors, and residual chlorine, delivering water quality that meets industry-leading standards.

Highly Customizable, High Cost-Effectiveness
Aidon provides you with a complete set of customized solutions. Whether it’s the tank, piping, valves, or filter media specifications, Aidon can tailor them to your needs. The Aidon valveless filter requires no valves and supports automated operation. Aidon’s leading hydraulic self-control solutions effectively reduce your operational energy costs and meet low-carbon factory standards.
Aidon Industrial Water Filter Suitable for?
If the chemicals you need to handle are not listed below, please contact us. We can provide you with a customized solution at no cost.

Cloth Media Filters provide highly efficient treatment of municipal wastewater, removing various solids, organic matter, and other contaminants from the water to enable the recycling of water resources.

Disc Filters treat various particles, solids, and other contaminants in wastewater generated during paper manufacturing and textile dyeing processes. They effectively reduce the color and organic content of wastewater; even the most stringent discharge regulations can be easily met by the Aidon Rotary Disc Filter.

Rotating Disc Filters treat wastewater containing fats, proteins, various residues, and other substances. They reduce Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) in the wastewater, thereby lowering pollutant levels.

The Rotating Disc System removes sediments, microorganisms, and other impurities from irrigation water, ensuring it meets your required water quality standards and improving crop quality and yield.

Under normal conditions, it can last 3–5 years; however, if water quality is severely contaminated, the media should be replaced approximately every six months. The media should also be replaced if the effluent appears cloudy, the system pressure is abnormal, or backwashing is ineffective.
The filter media in a multi-media filter will not mix. The media is arranged in descending order of density, and in combination with a perforated plate and drain cap, this effectively prevents the media from mixing.
Valveless filter requires absolutely no power supply, electric control valves, or compressed air. It uses the siphon principle to automatically trigger backwashing and is fully hydraulically driven, making it suitable for remote locations without electricity or explosion-proof environments.
