Aidon: Your Premier Manufacturer of Chemical Dosing System
Aidon handles in-house R&D and manufacturing, offering custom solutions tailored to your specific operating conditions and installation requirements. We also provide a wide selection of metering pumps and tank materials to choose from.
With over 20 years of deep expertise in the water treatment industry, we have the experience to help you resolve any complex after-sales issues.
Range of Materials for Our Polymer Preparation System

Suitable for standard water treatment chemicals and oxidizing agents; resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.

Compared to standard 304 stainless steel, it offers a longer service life and higher acid resistance.

PE has a smooth surface and is easy to clean. It is relatively lightweight, making installation more convenient.
Why Choose Our Flocculant Preparation Unit

Automated control via PLC touchscreen for one-button start/stop of the equipment.

Large-capacity hopper for automatic feeding, reducing manual labor.

24/7 online monitoring with remote notifications via mobile app.

Accurate chemical dosing to reduce water costs.

Ski-mounted integrated design for easy installation; no on-site welding required.

Includes a dry powder pre-wetting system to prevent polymer chemical clumping.
Fully Automatic Operation, No Staff Required
The system operates fully automatically and is equipped with multiple internal sensors and probes that monitor inflow rates and water quality parameters in real time to predict the required chemical dosage. It also dynamically adjusts the dosage based on data such as effluent turbidity. The system requires no on-site personnel, thereby reducing staff workload.

High Dosing Accuracy, Cost-effective
Aidon has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing metering pumps. Throughout this time, Aidon has maintained close communication with customers, continuously updating and upgrading its metering pump products. Currently, Aidon metering pumps feature diaphragms with a service life exceeding 10,000 hours, and their simplified mechanical design allows for diaphragm replacement within 15 minutes. To ensure your operational continuity, each metering pump comes with an additional set of wear parts. Even if you need to purchase a complete pump or other components, our robust production and inventory capabilities enable us to respond quickly.

Highly automated, the system can monitor the inflow volume during the initial phase to predict the required chemical dosage. Additionally, it can adjust the dosage based on the turbidity of the effluent, eliminating the need for manual chemical addition. The PLC control cabinet features touchscreen operation with one-touch start/stop functionality. Online monitoring triggers alarms in case of abnormal data, which are sent to a mobile app to notify management personnel, eliminating the need for staff to be on-site at all times.
The touchscreen design offers a simple user interface, allowing users to view the operating status at any time.
Even personnel with no prior experience can become proficient after a very short training period, as the system has a low learning curve.
Dosing accuracy can be maintained within approximately ±1%. The system is equipped with Aidon high-precision dosing pumps (available in mechanical diaphragm and electromagnetic diaphragm models), and accuracy can be adjusted either via the control panel or manually.
Routine maintenance is simple and does not require professional assistance.
- Daily maintenance (5–10 minutes): Check the piping for leaks, verify that the liquid level is normal, and monitor for any unusual noises or alarms during operation.
- Weekly maintenance (20 minutes): Check the accuracy of the metering pump, inspect the piping for leaks, and clean the Y-strainer.
- Monthly maintenance (30 minutes): Clean the interior of the tank to prevent chemical residue from caking. Inspect the piping and test the alarm functions.
- Quarterly maintenance (1 hour): Check whether wear-and-tear parts need replacement, and inspect the metering pump and mixer for abnormalities.
