The Aidon ORP meter easily adapts to installations worldwide, enabling data collection, remote management, and smart control. The ORP meter continuously monitors changes in water quality, providing stable and reliable real-time data. It supports integration with automated systems, enabling remote monitoring and smart management.
Aidon ORP Meter Suitable for?
If the chemicals you need to handle are not listed below, please contact us. We can provide you with a customized solution at no cost.

Monitor ORP levels and precisely adjust chemical dosing to purify wastewater.

Resist corrosive liquids and measure the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) of reactions.

Precise ORP measurement to stabilize bath solutions and ensure consistent electroplating quality.

Control water ORP levels to create a safe environment for aquatic growth.
This unit offers optional signal output: RS485 MODBUS RTU digital communication. It can be directly connected to various imported PLCs and control cabinets to enable remote automatic chemical dosing control.
Power Supply (Optional): 85–265 VAC ±10%, 50 ±1 Hz, power consumption ≤3 W; 9–36 VDC, power consumption ≤3 W.
The transmitter unit has an IP65 rating and is resistant to rain and humidity. In outdoor environments exposed to direct sunlight, we recommend installing a sunshade to prevent the housing from aging; ensure the wiring ports are properly sealed to prevent moisture from entering and causing signal abnormalities.
The reaction will slow down if the bulb is covered with dirt or the liquid junction is clogged with debris. Please try cleaning it. A slower reaction in winter is normal.
ORP Meter Installation Requirements
Ambient Temperature: -10 to 60°C;
Relative Humidity: No more than 90%;
Avoid the following installation locations:
- Strong magnetic fields other than the Earth’s magnetic field.
- Locations exposed to direct sunlight or near heat sources l
- Locations subject to strong mechanical vibrations l
- Locations with high levels of oil fumes, steam, moisture, dust, or corrosive gases
Cleaning, Care, and Maintenance Guide for the ORP Meter
- Clean the ORP electrode regularly to remove dirt or deposits adhering to its surface. To avoid scratching the electrode surface with sharp objects, wipe it with a soft cloth or cotton paper.
- The electrode is the core component of the ORP sensor and has a limited lifespan. When the electrode becomes worn or damaged, replace it promptly with a new one to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Periodically inspect the sensor’s cable and connectors to ensure they are not damaged or loose. If damage or looseness is detected, repair or replace them promptly.
Safety Operation and Protective Measures for the ORP Meter
- When operating the ORP meter, take precautions to prevent electric shock. Ensure the sensor and measurement system are properly grounded to avoid static electricity or induced voltages.
- Avoid exposing the ORP meter to corrosive substances such as strong acids and strong alkalis, as this may damage the sensor or affect the accuracy of measurement results.
- In special environments (such as high temperatures, high pressure, or toxic gases), take appropriate protective measures to ensure the safety of both the ORP sensor and the operator.
