What Lining Materials are Available for AIDON Magnetic Flow Meter?

Good elasticity, wear resistance, and impact resistance; suitable for conveying media containing solid particles or fibers.

Excellent corrosion resistance and a wide temperature range (-40°C to 180°C; some grades can reach 260°C).

Superior abrasion resistance compared to standard rubber; good oil resistance; wide temperature range (typically -40°C to 100°C).

PFA is a modified version of F46 with a higher temperature resistance (-20°C to 260°C).
Features of Our Magnetic Flow Meter

Unaffected by fluid density, temperature, or pressure, it provides stable measurement accuracy of ±0.5% or better.

With no internal moving parts, the sensor generates no resistance, minimizing energy consumption.

The lining can be customized with a variety of high-performance materials, significantly extending the equipment’s service life.

With no moving parts, there is no risk of wear or clogging; the sensor is virtually maintenance-free under normal operating conditions.
Corrosion-Resistant, High Precision
The lining of the magnetic flow meter is available in materials such as rubber, PTFE, polyurethane rubber, F46, and PFA; sensor materials include 316L, titanium, HC, HB, tantalum, platinum-iridium alloy, and 316L + scraper. Suitable for corrosive media, slurries, wastewater, and other substances. Each meter is factory-calibrated to a stable accuracy of ±0.5%, fully meeting various industrial metering requirements overseas.

Maintenance-Free and Low Energy Consumption
The AIDON magnetic flow meter has no moving parts, eliminating the risk of wear and clogging. Its robust and reliable structural design makes it virtually maintenance-free, significantly reducing the costs associated with manual inspections and replacements. Additionally, the AIDON magnetic flow meter supports solar battery power supply, allowing AIDON to easily address this challenge in operating environments lacking a stable power supply.
